The Man Who Invented Christmas (2017 film)
Dan Stevens as Dickens, in debt and writing the book against the clock.
The story of the book is its own Christmas story: a writer in debt, a deadline, and a miser he has to believe can change.
You want a warm period film about how the book came to be written.
